Spacious rooms that are well-priced. Nice couch and comfy bedroom, plus a handy refrigerator 🥤. the staff here are super pleasant and made my stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay in a long time. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this modest and nice place. - the location was marvellous and pleasant, just a short stroll away from Fresque Mario Kart.

Comfortable beds, coffee, a TV set, and a kitchenette in the room. So many nice options for breakfast, such as coffee and pastries. - Quiet location to get to popular Saint-Denis attractions thanks to a tube station near the hotel.

The utilities provided by the hotel for cooking is quite amazing. Its best when you go with family and small children that you can cook in the room and eat homely food.

No wifi in the room. The receptionist said there is a cable for internet in the room. But I dont find any. The were 2 disposable cups in the bathroom, fully wet like water. When I smelled, it smelled like urine. I dont know how the cleaning staff did not clear that. Further, the force of water from the shower is not enough. Its too slow. No airconditioner for summer.

The location of the hotel is good, it's pretty close to subway, and the room is good with a kitchen.

The breakfast had plenty of options and included coffee and pastries. Location: the hotel was really close to supermarkets and Saint-Denis nice places, a taxi and shops and restaurants. Dining bar Au Grand Comptoir located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Cost and proximity of metro

Convenient location, just a short walk from a subway station 🚇. Great spot to stay for exploring the city. Good breakfast options available.

Location is good, not far away from highway and close to metro.

To have an equipped kitchen in the room is really a big plus, mainly because the food in Paris is very expensive. It is very near to the metro station, but is very far from the city center, so it takes a long time to go from place to place. Still, I very much recommend. The rooms were very big, the studio for 3 people is very nice, the beds are big and confortable and so is the bath, always very clean.The area is very quiet and calm.

The breakfast was very poor and not worth 7 euros per person. The area wasn't the best, and there's only small markets around the hotel, the nearest supermarket is at least 2km. The internet in the lobby is free wi-fi, but in the room it's cable. There was a problem with our reservation, they didn't have it registered, but it was soon resolved, I still advise to check with the hotel before you arrive. And there's only one elevator, it can be a little crowded in high season trips.
